KEVIN R. ELMY - Cover Crops Specialist | Regenerative Educator | Systems Thinker
Kevin Elmy is a Canadian agronomist, educator, and regenerative farming advocate who has spent over two decades helping producers rebuild soil ecology, increase profitability, and shift their thinking around agricultural systems. With a practical, science-based approach to biological soil health, Kevin designs custom multi-species cover crop blends that integrate seamlessly into a producer’s existing operation – whether it’s cropping, grazing, or mixed systems.
A respected speaker and advisor across Canada, the U.S., and now Australia, Kevin is known for his ability to translate complex systems into real-world strategies. His goal? To help farmers think bigger, challenge mainstream mindsets, and remove emotional stress from decision-making. A natural teacher, Kevin continues to guide producers toward resilient, low-input systems that work with nature, not against it.
TAMZIN REVELL - Founder of Farming Revolution | Filmmaker | Regenerative Coach | Event Organiser
Tamzin Revell is the driving force behind Farming Revolution, a platform dedicated to telling the real stories of regenerative farmers and graziers across Australia. A self-taught filmmaker, coach, and former equestrian instructor, Tamzin brings a unique blend of energy, empathy, and systems-thinking to every project she leads. Her work challenges the status quo in agriculture — from the language we use to the systems we operate in — and empowers farmers to reconnect with purpose, profitability, and the planet.
After overcoming her own autoimmune condition through lifestyle changes and a deeper understanding of our food systems, Tamzin launched Farming Revolution to shine a light on what’s possible when we regenerate both land and lives. In 2026, she is hosting a powerful four-part conference series on Multi-Species Farming — bringing together some of the most dynamic voices in the movement to spark a new era in land management.
RACHELLE JANE ARMSTRONG - Founder of Soil Restoration Farming | Coach | Regenerative Business Strategist
Rachelle Armstrong is a powerhouse in the regenerative agriculture space, known for her unique ability to bring people together and build communities that spark change. As the founder of Soil Restoration Farming, she supports a growing network of coaches, consultants, and producers who are committed to doing business differently — with soil health, human wellbeing, and ecological integrity at the core.
With a background in health science and community development, Rachelle has worked across Australia and abroad, blending practical project delivery with deeply human leadership. She played a pivotal role in scaling NutriSoil into an award-winning, B-Corp certified regenerative business, and now leads high-impact programs like the Holistic Business Accelerator, Mindset Breakthrough, and Carbon8 RegenGrown Verification.
A Syntropic Coach and systems thinker, Rachelle is reshaping the future of land management and leadership — one conversation, one farm, and one community at a time.
DEAN CHARLES BENTLEY - Men’s Coach | Mentor | Speaker | Founder of Men of the Mountain
Dean Bentley is a highly respected mentor and facilitator dedicated to helping men reconnect with what it means to live a rich, fulfilling, and soulful life. Through his grounded presence and heart-led approach, Dean supports individuals and groups to overcome patterns of isolation, stress, and burnout — and instead embrace deeper connection, emotional resilience, and purpose.
Dean’s unique perspective is shaped by his own journey. After achieving academic success and professional potential as an engineer, he found himself feeling disconnected and unfulfilled. This led him down a path of personal healing, deep inner work, and community-based transformation. Today, he channels that experience into his coaching method — The Soul Method — and as the founder of Men of the Mountain, a thriving men’s circle community based in Tamborine Mountain, QLD.
Whether he’s leading retreats, speaking on stage, or hosting The Wyrd Way podcast, Dean is committed to helping men rise with integrity — for themselves, their families, and their communities.
